Apologies for the missing day, I have been sick as a dog. Today we are going to play a bit of catch up though, so i hope you forgive me.
The giants lunch for Friday, two crustless mini quiches (made in my recently rediscovered toaster oven), two chicken legs, and spaghetti bolognaise with parmesan.
Above we have carrot sticks and hummus (roasted red pepper flavour), this is all I managed to eat between Friday and Sunday.
My Monday treat for feeling better, the Giant and me devoured this huge plate of sushi. Planning dinner atm but don't seem to have many ideas, that's what comes of not eating for a few days :(
